Pray for Omonigho Abraham, the boy attacked by two dogs as his health worsens!!!

This is a call for a serious prayer. If you have had compassion for the little four-year –old Abraham after reading his stories online, please, he urgently needs your prayer. Right now, according to reports we have gathered, his condition has worsened in the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja where he is currently receiving treatment. For those who have not read his story… Little Abraham pictured below was attacked by two ferocious Germane dogs at his home in Igando Lagos on September 25th. The heart-breaking part of the incident was that 7 policemen and some sympathizers stayed aloof watching the dogs eat the boy’s scrap for fear of being attacked as well. Thank God for his mother who arrived the scene, fought the dogs and snatch away his son from their scavenging jaws. In our last update, we had brought you a report on an ongoing debate which was centered on whether the dogs should be killed or released to the owner.  As at that time, the police in custody of the two German dogs, says that  they were waiting for Court order before they can euthanize the dogs and Odia, Abraham’s father has complained that the police has been harassing him to order for the release of the dogs to the owner.

Now, on his present condition, his father, Odia, who has been worried over frustrated attempts to get the report of his medical condition from some medical officers of the hospital said,

“My boy still complains of pains in different parts of his body. Also, when they open the bandage on his head, you will see that there is no much difference. It is still like the first time the incident happened. In fact, for up to two weeks no consultant or doctor attended to him and his head smells.”

“We have been told he may still have to be admitted for six months or up to one year, for the doctor to do a skin-grafting surgery on his open skull, they cut skin from parts of his body, to cover up the skull.”
